The WAlert is a home Wi-Fi security device based on the subsonic frequency sensing technology. It can detect a hinged window/door open and glass break without the installation of any additional fixed sensors. Upon detection of an intrusion, a buzzer is triggered to deter the intruder, and a notification is sent to user’s smartphones over Internet. The WAlert skill provides users a voice command capability via an existing Echo device to control the setting of the WAlert device. The WAlert skill is used to control the WAlert device as follows:
1. Set on/off home alarm 2. Set on/off home schedule 3. Set on/off home buzzer 4. Set home buzzer time options from 15, 30, 45, 60 seconds 5. Set on/off home email notification 6. Users need to log in the Walert account as follows: 1. Open Your Skills 2. Select Walert skill 3.Touch ENABLE bar 4. Login page will pop up to complete the required account linking process 5 Enter user name of your Walert account 6. Enter password of your Walert account 7. Touch LOG IN bar
