Skill is using account linking in order to enable our customers to complete purchases using Alexa. Account Linking is the process that ties your Alexa Device with Webeyecare account by providing your webeyecare.com credentials. In case your purchase is more than $100, we will ask to confirm your purchase via your unique four-digit code.
Skill allows customers to add items to the cart. Customer can later go to webeyecare.com, sign in, and confirm items that were added within the Skill, and complete the purchase using webeyecare.com checkout flow. If the customer already been signed in, they need to sign out and sign in again to view their newly added items in the cart.
To complete the purchase: Go to any browser on desktop or mobile and go to www.webeyecare.com, sign in at webeyecare.com by clicking Sign in from my account menu, then click the cart icon to see products you just added. You will be able to click proceed to checkout button and complete the purchase. You can always give us a call at 888-536-7480 to complete the purchase over the phone as well.
Customers can easily cancel their placed orders by going to webeyecare.com, sign in, and then click "recent orders." The authenticated customer then needs to locate the request to cancel, click the "View Order" button and then click cancel the order. Customer also can email at info@webeyecare.com from an email that this customer signs in, specify order ID that needs to be canceled and the customer support team will cancel it with one business day.
