Get customized diet plans, review daily progress and weekly progress from your Google Fit. Also, get a wellness tip and motivation to kick start your day.
You can customize Well-Being Guru's suggestions: for example, by asking for adding an activity to your calendar or by asking for another healthy tip. He's learning all the time so his capabilities will keep increasing.
Here are the list of commands that will help you with seamless conversation with Well-Being Guru.
---Getting Started: To get started, simply say: “Alexa launch well-being guru” User needs to give one time authentication to their Google account to track progress in Google Fit. Upon starting the skill, your well-being guru will ask your current weight: “Please specify your actual weight in kgs” After specifying your actual weight it asks for target weight. “Please specify your target weight in kgs” After specifying your target weight, Well-being guru sends a customized diet plan in e-mail and the date by which user can reach the target weight.
-- Daily progress “Review my daily progress” Alexa summarizes the progress made by user that day in the Google Fit App and tells how many more calories user needs to burn to reach their target.
-- Weekly progress “Review my weekly progress” Alexa summarizes the progress made by user that week in the Google Fit App and tells how many more calories user needs to burn to reach their target. It can also add an activity like running/walking/jogging for the user on Google calendar that reminds user to stay active. Say: “Add an activity”
--Daily Wellness tip Say “Daily Tip” to receive well-being tip that can will be a small but significant step in your well-being journey. Ask for another tip if you like to listen to more of these.
--Motivation Say: “Motivate me” to listen to energetic motivational voice to kick start your workout on a lazy day.
--Help At any moment if you feel like you need help, just say help and Well-being guru gives the list of things user can do with this skill Say: “Help”
This skill needs account linking and you need to log in with your gmail account.
Sometimes google fit lags in syncing your app activity and you may see little discrepancy with your google fit app data. In those cases, please wait for some time and re-invoke the skill.
