Uses the Wellington City Council website to find the next rubbish and recycling collection date for suburban areas.
At the moment it only supports suburbs where your rubbish and either glass crate or wheelie bin are collected weekly. Inner city collections have a slightly different format that isn't handled yet.
This skill requires you to enter at least your street address and suburb into the Device Location using the companion apps or website. This is used to look up the correct schedule on the Wellington City Council website (https://wellington.govt.nz/services/environment-and-waste/rubbish-and-recycling).
