Whale Video is a Video Skill for all smart devices with Whale TV/Speaker OS. Whale TV has Alexa built-in and there is a remote control with Push to Talk function. Users can use the remote control to wake up Alexa and use this Whale Video skill. Users can also use a device without a screen as the controller for this Whale Video skill, such as Echo dot or Echo plus.
With Whale Video, you can quickly get to some preset menus. Ask for example: "Alexa, go home." "Alexa, go to settings."
And open some pre-installed apps, such as YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, etc... Ask for example: "Alexa, open Netflix." "Alexa, launch Prime Video."
You can also easily search for massive music, video, and movie content through the powerful Whale Recommendation System. Ask for example: "Alexa, search TV show." "Alexa, play titanic." (The device will go to the detail description page for titanic, the user needs to press the "OK" button on the remote control to play it)
But it DOES NOT support search or play video on target app, such as "Alexa, play titanic on Netflix".
When you playing a video on a device, you can do simple playback control through Whale Video, now it ONLY supports "pause", "play" and "stop". Ask for example: "Alexa, pause." "Alexa, play." "Alexa, stop."
