Why is my spelled phone number not understood correctly? Alexa cannot understand combinations of figures very well, e.g. fourty-two or twenty-one. Please spell the phone number figure by figure, e.g. four two one five.
Why doesn't Alexa understand the whole phone number, but only the first part? Please make sure that you spell the number swiftly and fluently. If you are too slow Alexa thinks you have finished already.
How can I rate a number? Our Alexa Skill cannot do that yet. You can rate a number by using our Clever Dialer Android app where you can rate a call right after you finished it. If you feel harassed or annoyed, you can give the caller a negative rating and leave a comment. This way all users can profit from your valuable information.
