Use this skill to decide who goes first in a group of people. You have two ways to go about it. Either you select names and provide everyone's name by saying "player name is <player name>" and it will choose the random name.
Or you can go by number and provide the total count. Make sure you assign yourselves a number ranging from 1 to total count.
