It's time to get fit and do it in less than 10 minutes a day! To get started, just say “Alexa, open Workout Coach” and get ready for an energizing and exciting workout!
Workout Coach is a customizable version of the famous and scientifically backed 7-minute workout - 12 exercises for 30 seconds apiece.
Workout Coach gets you fit and lets you do it your way: - What kind of workout coach do you want: a standard coach, an inspirational/affirming coach, or a tough drill sergeant coach? - Do you want background music or you want it off so you can play your own music? - How many sets do you want to do? Standard 1 set = 7 minutes, 2 sets = 14 minutes or 3 = 21 minutes. You can start with one set and work your way up! - And finally do you want the exercises in the standard order or do you want to mix it up and have them in random order?
More things you can do: - Your coach can help make an exercise easier or harder - just ask “How do I make this easier” (or harder) while exercising or ask anytime “How do I make push ups harder” etc, etc - Help/Instructions are always available - just say “help”
While working out, feel free to ask Alexa to repeat, pause or skip. You can go also go backward by saying "previous" and forwards by saying "next"
Workout Coach keeps track of how many times you have worked out. When you have worked out 10 times, you will be Bronze level! There are more levels. You will need to workout to achieve them!
Workout coach works great on all Alexa devices but has special features for the Echo Show, Spot and Fire TV Cube - you get a graphical treatment with instructions for all the exercises.
