The Xfinity Skill connects your Amazon and Xfinity services, allowing you to hear your Xfinity Doorbell through compatible Amazon Echo & Alexa devices. To unlink your Xfinity account and opt out of Comcast’s sharing of your Xfinity Doorbell device and activity information with Amazon, you must disable the Xfinity skill via the Alexa app or Amazon website.
