Yale Connect allows you to control your door locks using voice commands. Yale Connect is a secure Skill developed by ASSA ABLOY so that you can interact with the locks in your home through Alexa: with brief voice instructions you can unlock, lock, check the status and operate all the locks through routines. To control your Yale locks with Alexa, you must have previously paired the locks with our Yale Connect mobile app. Then follow the skill instructions to perform account linking and move forward until complete the process: • To lock your lock, say: "Alexa, close Front door."
• To find out the status, you can say: "Alexa, what is the status of Front door?" Your devices are identified as you named them in Yale Connect app, we suggest you use simple names for a better experience.
