The YD Home2 Connect skill allows you to control your home-automation controller from Universal Devices. This enables you to control your smart socket from your echo.
To use this skill: 1. you need to install the YD Home2 app on your on IOS or Android smart phone; 2. you need to create a YD Home2 account through YD Home2 app; 3. you need to purchase YD Home2's smart socket product. 4. you need to have an Amazon account through Amazon App Store, or Amazon official website; 5. you need to install the Amazon's Alexa app from the Amazon App store; 6. you need to purchase an Amazon's echo.
When you enable this skill, you will be prompted to link your echo to your YD Home2 account. You will have to input YD Home2 account and password. Once you log in and authorization successfully, the Alexa Echo can control your device.

Note: 1. The 'device name' is the name of the device in the device list of your YD Home2 app. 2. You need to add all the devices to your YD Home2 app, and then each device has a separate name. 3. Each device name can have one to three English words, cannot contain special characters, do not use English numbers. For example, if your kitchen has a number of smart socket, you can name them as smoke machine plug, kitchen Liquidizer plug, Microwave Oven plug, etc.
