By using voice, providers of long term care can interact for completing and updating common tasks. Patients and designated family members learn of status of care in real time through natural conversation.
Zamu Care is designed to perform interaction between home care agencies, family members and caregivers.
Family members can ask Zamu "Where is my caregiver" and Zamu replies back with location of caregiver and estimated arrival time of the caregiver for upcoming shift. If caregiver asks Zamu about "today's shift" Zamu replies back with appointment details for the day. If a caregiver asks for "day summary" or "how is my day" Zamu replies back with number of open shifts available, today's appointment, unread messages and any pending reminders.
