HTTP Status Codes

You can ask Alexa three types of questions:

- What a specific code means
- Example: "What is a 404?"

- What all the codes are for a specific class (100, 200, 300, 400, 500)
- Example: "What are all the 100 codes?"

- What ALL the HTTP Status Codes are, and their corresponding Reason Phrases (the 'Continue' to the '200', or the 'Not Found' to the '404.'
- Example: "What are all the codes?"

Note that only "official" status codes/reason phrases as defined in RFC 7231 (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7231#section-6) are included in this skill at this time.
