Sheffield Talking News is a a weekly service bringing you recordings of news and information for Sheffield and surrounding areas like Dronfield, Rotherham, Rawmarsh, Stocksbridge, Staveley, and Wath upon Dearne
To get started, just say "Alexa, open sheffield talking news". You should hear an option to hear the introduction for new users.
Saying "help" should offer you the option of listening to the introduction again, then the option to change speed, then the option to hear the TN contact details.
If you choose the "play faster" option, then audio playback of the recording should be 50% faster until your preference is changed again. Note: If you have started listening to a track and then select "play faster", it will start again from the beginning of that same track.
Once playback has started, only next, previous, repeat, exit, stop or cancel will be recognised.
Saying "repeat" during playback should rewind the track 30 seconds.
Invoking the skill again by saying "Alexa, open sheffield talking news" should offer the option to resume the current edition.
