Pelvic floor exercises, or "kegels" are very important to help prevent or control urinary incontinence. Ideally both men and women should practise 3 times a day, and particularly women during pregnancy would benefit from these exercises.
Squeeze Me provides two exercises: - Long hold, 10 reps of 10s squeeze, 5s relax, - Short hold, 10 bursts of 1s squeeze and 1s relax in quick succession.
