The YWTL Timer is intended to help you pace yourself during the YWTL stretch routine. It does not guide you on how to do any exercise movements.

Preset stretch routines
- Short routine, each stretch is ~15 seconds
- Medium routine, each stretch is ~30 seconds
- Long routine, each stretch is ~60 seconds
Default background soundtrack
You can customize the default soundtrack to one of the following:
- Silence
- Meditation
- Nature
- Medieval
- Tranquil
- Mystery
- Random

To start a stretch routine:
- "start a short routine"
- "start a medium routine"
- start a long routine"
To customize the default soundtrack:
- "update soundtrack"
- "change background to Random"
