This skill is mainly for the North America, Latin America and the Caribbean region.
With the AIRSTAGE Smart Home for Americas skill and Alexa, you can now interact with your Fujitsu General air conditioners by voice. The device supported by this skill is an air conditioner (thermostat). With this skill you can do the following:
- Turn on/turn off/change operation mode/change set temperature/inquiry about air conditioner status. Requirements for use (You need the following):
- Fujitsu General mobile app "AIRSTAGE Mobile".
- Fujitsu General air conditioner that can be operated from "AIRSTAGE Mobile".
- An environment where air conditioners can be operated from the Internet using a wireless router, etc.
- The account to be linked with this skill is the account you are using with "AIRSTAGE Mobile".
- Please install "AIRSTAGE Mobile" from the store and create an "AIRSTAGE Mobile" account with the app. After creating an account, follow the instructions in the app and register your Fujitsu General air conditioner in the app. After completing the registration, change the name of the air conditioner to something like "bedroom" from the app. * "airstagelight.com" is the domain of Fujitsu General.

* By enable the skill, you agree to the developer's terms of service. To get started, select the 'Enable to use' button in the Alexa App to link your AIRSTAGE Mobile app account and discover your devices. To use the skill, you need established names for your devices. There are two ways to define these names:
- Use the names that you previously set up. They're shown in the AIRSTAGE Mobile app and can be changed.
- Create an Alexa group, like Bedroom or Downstairs, and then add the device to the group. More information is available at Create Smart Home Groups for Alexa (https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GS8URL9U6PW8SPTA). After you know the name or group name for your devices, you can say the following:
(1) Alexa, turn on the bedroom.
(2) Alexa, turn off the bedroom.
(3) Alexa, set the bedroom temperature to 78 degrees. (°F, when setting of the Alexa device is Fahrenheit)
(4) Alexa, increase the bedroom temperature.
(5) Alexa, increase the bedroom temperature by 2 degrees.
(6) Alexa, decrease the bedroom temperature.
(7) Alexa, decrease the bedroom temperature by 2 degrees.
(8) Alexa, set the bedroom to cool.
(9) Alexa, set the bedroom to heat.
(10) Alexa, set the bedroom to auto mode.
(11) Alexa, set the bedroom to dry mode.
(12) Alexa, set the bedroom to fan mode.
(13) Alexa, what is the bedroom set to?
(14) Alexa, what is the temperature in the bedroom?
Alexa's temperature display unit of measure (°F or °C) depends on the temperature unit setting in the AIRSTAGE Mobile app account.
If these setting are incorrect, Alexa may read a slightly different temperature (approximately 1°C or 2°F difference) from the temperature indicator on the air conditioner.
