How do I start the daily check-in? “Alexa, ask chasing wellness for my daily check-in” Alexa will ask you to score yourself against four statements, focused on energy, feelings and relationships. Listen to each statement and reply with a score when prompted. The scoring is on a scale of 1 to 5 where 1=Never, 2=Seldom, 3=Sometimes, 4=Often and 5=Always.
