Many times, when people think of anything related to spirituality, their thoughts immediately move to external things like churches, mosques, temples, images of gods, ancient texts, and more. They think of prayer, meditation, rituals, giving, worshiping, and other activities. Rarely do people tend to think of themselves as a spiritual being. There is a lot of doing and things, but not very much being. What do I mean by being? Being peaceful, being loving, being happy, being joyful, being wise, being authentic, being your true self, being truthful, and more all embody what it means to be spiritual.

Your answers will range from always, sometimes, and rarely, always should be chosen if it represents what you would do at least 90% of the time, sometimes if it represents what you would do at least 50 to 60% of the time, and rarely if it represents what you are least likely to do on any given question.
