Users can control the Sharp Interactive Whiteboard (IWB) and associated applications including Pen Software and Microsoft PowerPoint with voice commands when they use the Sharp meeting application to conduct a meeting.

[Initial setup]
Please register your Alexa device to the meeting room for voice control following the instruction below.
1. Launch the Sharp meeting application on your PC. Please select a meeting to start and click on the microphone button.
2. The Alexa device is not paired with the meeting room, so you will see the 6-digit PIN number to register the Alexa device to the room.
3. To register the Alexa device to the room, please say the following:
User: "Alexa, ask My Sharp to register device."
Alexa: "To register the device, say PIN number."
User: "XXXXXX" (please say the PIN number generated)
Alexa: "Did you say XXXXXX?"
User: "Yes."
Alexa: "Device successfully registered."

Please have your IT administrator configure the IWB to support the Sharp meeting application before using the application and the meeting room with the Alexa device.

Once set up is complete, users can now use the Alexa device paired with the meeting room.
(If you want to unregister the Alexa device paired with the meeting room, please say "Alexa, ask my Sharp to unregister device." This will unregister the device successfully.)

[Skill’s functionalities]
Here are some suggested verbal commands for Alexa to use with Sharp meeting application.

* Change Input on Display
User: "Alexa, open My Sharp."
Alexa: "Welcome to My Sharp. Now you can control applications during the meeting. What would you like to do?"
User: "Change input HDMI." (You can say other input settings such as DisplayPort, etc).

* Change Page on Pen Software/PowerPoint Forward/Backward
User: "Alexa, open My Sharp."
Alexa: "Welcome to My Sharp. Now you can control applications during the meeting. What would you like to do?"
User: "Move to next/previous page."
Alexa: "Moving to next/previous page."

* Turn the Display On/Off
User: "Alexa, ask My Sharp to turn on/off display."
Alexa: "Turning on/off display."

* Launch/Close Pen Software
User: "Alexa, ask My Sharp to launch/close Pensoftware."
Alexa: "Launching/Closing Pensoftware."

* Change Pen Color on Pen Software
User: "Alexa, open My Sharp."
Alexa: "Welcome to My Sharp. Now you can control applications during the meeting. What would you like to do?"
User: "Change pen color to red/blue/etc."
Alexa: "Changing color to red/blue/etc."

* End Meeting
User: "Alexa, ask My Sharp to end meeting."
Alexa: "Do you want to end this meeting?"
User: "Yes."

* Start/End the Presentation
(Please make sure the PowerPoint is the active window when using the command below.)
User: "Alexa, ask My Sharp to start/end presentation."
Alexa: "Starting presentation from first slide." / "Ending presentation."
