This is the official skill of PSE&G (Public Service Electric & Gas) in New Jersey. In this skill, customers who have My Account can link their account then access their billing dashboard through Alexa. Not only can you hear your balance, due date, and your energy usage details, but you can also pay off your balance. Alexa can also send a reminder to your devices, as well as your phone, to remind you to pay your bill 5, 3, or 1 day before it is due. You can also report full & partial outages for your home, as well as check the status of your outage. You can now schedule service appointments, with or without Worry Free coverage, for appliances like refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and many more!

If at any time you are unsure what you can say, just simply ask Alexa for help! You will be given examples of what you can say in the skill to get your account information.
For all payments that are made, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that is present on My Account. Payments will be processed the same as they would be if submitted on the My Account web-site. You can login to your My Account after a payment has been made through Alexa to verify that it was submitted.
