This is the official skill of PSEG (Public Service Enterprise Group) in Long Island! In this skill, customers who have My Account can log in with those credentials, and then access their billing dashboard through Alexa. Not only can you hear your balance, due date, and your energy usage details, but you can also pay off your balance, or ask Alexa to send you a reminder to pay it later.
Using Alexa through your Mobile Phone, you can also report a full, or partial outage for your home, without the need to visit the web-site or call us!
How to sign in: After enabling the skill, a login page will be displayed where you will enter your My Account credentials. If this login page is not displayed after enabling the skill, try saying "Alexa, open PSEG Long Island", and a link to the login page will appear in your Alexa App.

If at any time you are unsure what you can say, just simply ask Alexa for help! You will be given examples of what you can say in the skill to get your account information.
For all payments that are made, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that is present on My Account. Payments will be processed the same as they would be if submitted on the My Account web-site. You can login to your My Account after a payment has been made through Alexa to verify that it was submitted.
