Couch to 5 Kilometres (c25k) is a fantastic running program by Josh Clark that is designed to get just about anyone from the couch to running 5 kilometers in just 9 weeks.
This is designed primarily for first time runners or runners who want to get back to running after a break.
The workout is based on running and walking. But, the duration and the pattern varies every week as you gain strength.
It is advised to works out three times a week on alternate days. Workout will last between 30 and 40 minutes.
This skill will give you the plan for a particular week that you ask for. Example: Alexa, ask running buddy to give the plan for week five. Alexa will give you the workout plan for week five.
