“Chasing Wellness” helps people attune to their feelings and negative thoughts, which is vital because it profoundly affects mental health. The aim of this skill is to help you to become more aware of how you are feeling by monitoring key wellbeing indicators. Armed with this information you can then implement small changes which will enrich your life and empower you to find contentment in your situation and surroundings.
You will start to see trends and be inspired to adopt new habits that support wellbeing. We hope that using this skill generates positivity and hope at a time when we all need to show ourselves kindness and compassion.
How do I start the daily check-in? “Alexa, ask chasing wellness for my daily check-in” Alexa will ask you to score yourself against four statements, focused on energy, feelings and relationships. Listen to each statement and reply with a score when prompted. The scoring is on a scale of 1 to 5 where 1=Never, 2=Seldom, 3=Sometimes, 4=Often and 5=Always.

Practice Affirmations: Affirmations are powerful, positive statements that aim to direct your conscious and subconscious mind. After daily check-in, you can even practice affirmations. Alexa will provide four new affirmations daily. All you have to do is repeat it after Alexa.
