Ear Worms is a quiz in the style of classic TV gameshow, "Name That Tune". Each game consists of three snippets of famous tunes, with players having to name the tune to score points and then answer bonus trivia questions. Tunes may come from famous pop music, screen or stage. Play every day to see if your combined weekly score will top the weekly leaderboard!
Scoring:
Name the tune without a hint - 3 points Correctly answer the bonus question - 2 more points Ask for a hint and name the tune - 1 point, but no bonus question
Aim for a perfect 15 points each day!
You can say "repeat it" to hear a tune again, or "I don't know" if you're really stuck.
For now, Ear Worms is a solo play experience, with one 3-tune game per day - but look out for future expansion packs without the daily play limit, and an upcoming head-to-head mode. Categories span every decade from the 1950s to Modern Pop, along with TV Themes, Film Soundtracks, Musicals, Kids Songs and even Videogame Music. Look out for themed question packs soon!
