Now take a survey in an innovative way. Smart Voice Studio is proud to introduce "Smart Survey". "Smart Voice Studio" says, why "do-it-yourself" when Alexa is there to help you complete the survey without even opening your laptop or mobile applications. Enable "Smart Survey" and let Alexa read out all the questions to you. You just have to say option 1, option 2 etc.
"Smart Survey" is ready with some demo surveys to help you get used to "Next-Generation" Survey platform. Available categories are Market research, Product research and customer engagement.
Once our users are familiar with the new Survey platform, we will start rolling out paid surveys(Discount coupons, gift cards or fix amount per survey). To use the skill, please provide permissions to access your account details(Full name and email_id). Once paid surveys are rolled out, we can easily connect with you using contact details.
Two ways to provide permission, 1) When you enable the skill, you will be asked to provide permission to access your contact name and email id inside Alexa app. 2) If you forget to give permission while enabling skill, no worries. Open skill in Alexa app, click on setting button and enable permissions.
Please note that Smart Survey collects personal information to reach out to you in best and fastest way possible once our users are familiar with the new survey platform and we are ready to roll out paid surveys.
Note: You can take any survey multiple times but your latest response will be considered for final submission.
How to use:
- Enable skill and provide necessary permissions - Alexa will greet you and will ask to select zone(survey category) - Pick a zone by saying, "I select zone 1" - Alexa will provide information on available survey in that particular survey category. - Once prompted, say, "Start survey" and Alexa will start reading out questions and provide multiple answers. You just have to say, "Option 1" or "Option 2" etc to select one answer. Please note that you can not change the answer once moved to next question but you can take same survey multiple times and your latest response will be stored. - To exit skill at any point in time, just say, "Alexa stop" - To get help, say, "Alexa help"
