With the Electrolux Home Comfort and Alexa, you can now interact with your Electrolux Home Comfort appliance by voice.
To get started:
1. Sign up / sign in Electrolux Home Comfort App Download and install Electrolux Home Comfort App (search “Electrolux Home Comfort” in App Store or Google Play) and sign up a Electrolux Home Comfort account.
2. Add device Make sure the Wi-Fi device has been correctly configured in Electrolux Home Comfort App and you can remotely control/access it via external networks (3G/4G).
3. Enable skill In Alexa App, search and enable the skill “Electrolux Home Comfort”. Then follow the wizard to link your Amazon account to Electrolux Home Comfort account. After account linking process is completed, discover devices in Alexa App or say “Alexa, discover devices” and make sure the device is listed and displayed as the same name in Electrolux Home Comfort App.
NOTE: You need to discover devices again in Alexa App if one of the following changes were made: Added or deleted device, The device has been reset.
4. Control device by voice
Now you can say to Alexa for voice control.
When using the skill, you will need to specify by name which device to use. For example, if you named one of your devices “Bedroom Lamp”, you can say: “Alexa, turn off Bedroom Lamp.”
If you named another device “Air conditioner”, you can say: “Alexa, turn on Air conditioner”
Troubleshooting: If Alexa returns voice the device isn’t responding, there might be because the device is offline. Please try to access the device in Electrolux Home Comfort App. If the App shows “Device is offline”, please check your network connection until you can access the device in app.
