Amazon Alexa and the Stirling Air Conditioner work to together to help you control your Air Conditioner nice and easy.
You can simply ask Alexa to turn on, turn off or change the temperature of the Air Conditioner. There’s no need to go to the remote control adjust the temperature or turning off or on the Air Conditioner
To get started:
1. Download our “Stirling Air Conditioner” app in android or ios app market 2. Register one account in our “Stirling Air Conditioner” app 3. Configure the Air Conditioner in our “Stirling Air Conditioner” app and make sure you can remotely control/access it via external networks (3G/4G) 4. Download Amazon “Alexa” app from android,IOS or Amazon app market 5. Configure your Alexa product (E.g Echo, Echo Dot) with “Alexa” app 6. Search “Stirling Air Conditioner” skill from the “Alexa” app skills category 7. Click Enable skill of “Stirling Air Conditioner”, and you’ll be navigated to Stirling login page 8. Input your app account username and password, you’ll be redirect to the success page. This finish the set-up of linking your Amazon account to Stirling Air Conditioner account 9. Select “Discover Devices” in “Alexa” app and make sure the device is listed and displayed as the same name in “Stirling Air Conditioner” app
NOTE: You need to discover devices again in Alexa App if one of the following changes were made: Changed device name, Added or deleted device, The device has been reset.
10. You can enjoy the voice control on your Alexa app like these:
Alexa, turn on the Air Conditioner Alexa, turn off the Air Conditoner Alexa, set the temperature to 25 degree
Troubleshooting: If Alexa returns voice the device isn’t responding, there might be the device is offline. Please try to access the device in “Stirling AirConditoner” App. If the App shows “Device is offline”, please check your network connection and reconnect it until you can access the device in app.
