IMPORTANT: With the Intelligent AC for EU and Google home, you can now interact with your Intelligent AC EU devices by voice. To get started: 1. Sign up / sign in Intelligent AC App
Download and install Intelligent AC App (search “Intelligent AC ” in App Store or Google Play) and sign up a Intelligent AC EU account. 2. Add device
Make sure the Wi-Fi device has been correctly configured in Intelligent AC App and you can remotely control/access it via external networks (3G/4G). 3. Enable action
In Google home App, search and enable the action “Intelligent AC for EU”. Then follow the wizard to link your Amazon account to Intelligent AC EU account. After account linking process is completed, discover devices in Google home App or say “Google home, discover devices” and make sure the device is listed and displayed as the same name in Intelligent AC EU App. NOTE: You need to discover devices again in Google home App if one of the following changes were made:
Changed device name,
Added or deleted device,
The device has been reset. 4. Control device by voice Now you can say to Google home for voice control. When using the action, you will need to specify by name which device to use. For example, if you named one of your devices “Bedroom Lamp”, you can say: “Google home, turn off Bedroom Lamp.” If you named another device “Air conditioner”, you can say: “Google home, turn on Air conditioner” . Troubleshooting:
If Google home returns voice the device isn’t responding, there might be because the device is offline. Please try to access the device in Intelligent AC EU App. If the App shows “Device is offline”, please check your network connection until you can access the device in app. If you have any questions, You can get our support by:
