With the Namolc skill for Amazon Alexa, you can now interact with your Namolc devices by voice.
To get started:
1. Sign up / sign in Namolc App Download and install Namolc App and sign up a Namolc account.
2. Add device Make sure the Wi-Fi device has been correctly configured in Namolc App and you can remotely control/access it via external networks (3G/4G).
3. Enable skill In Alexa App, search and enable the skill “Namolc”. Then follow the wizard to link your Amazon account to Namolc account. After account linking process is completed, discover devices in Alexa App or say “Alexa, discover devices” and make sure devices are listed and displayed as same names in Namolc App.
NOTE: You need to discover device again in Alexa App if one of the following changes were made: Added or deleted device, The device has been reset.
4. Control device by voice
Now you can say to Alexa for voice control.
When using the skill, you will need to specify by name which device to use. For example, if you named one of your devices “Apple”, you can say: “Alexa, turn off my Apple.”
Troubleshooting: If Alexa returns voice the device isn’t responding, there might be because the device is offline. Please try to access the device in Namolc App. If the App shows “Device is offline”, please check your network connection until you can access the device in app.
