With the Intelligent AC EU and Alexa, you can now interact with your Intelligent AC EU devices by voice.
To get started:
1. Sign up / sign in Intelligent AC App Download and install Intelligent AC App (search “Intelligent AC” in App Store or Google Play) and sign up a Intelligent AC EU Regional Account.
2. Add device Make sure that the Wi-Fi device is properly configured under the EU region of the Intelligent AC App and you can remotely control/access it via an external network (3G / 4G).
3. Enable skill In Alexa App, search and enable the skill “Intelligent AC EU”. Then follow the wizard to link your Amazon account to Intelligent AC EU Regional Account. After account linking process is completed, discover devices in Alexa App or say “Alexa, discover devices” and make sure the device is listed and displayed as the same name in Intelligent AC App.
NOTE: You need to discover devices again in Alexa App if one of the following changes were made: Changed device name, Added or deleted device, The device has been reset.
4. Control device by voice
Now you can say to Alexa for voice control.
When using the skill, you will need to specify by name which device to use. For example, if you named one of your devices “jack”, you can say: “Alexa, turn off jack.”
If you named another device “Air conditioner”, you can say: “Alexa, turn on Air conditioner” .
Troubleshooting: If Alexa returns voice the device isn’t responding, there might be because the device is offline. Please try to access the device in Intelligent AC App. If the App shows “Device is offline”, please check your network connection until you can access the device in app.
