This Skill was inspired by Black History Month, which is February in the United States. With Let’s celebrate Black History it’s easy to learn about the many contributions of African Americans to American society, many of which extend to the entire world. Every time you open the Skill, you are given a brief overview of a contributor selected at random. To hear more about that specific contributor, simply say, “Tell me more.” Of course, to hear more contributors, just say, “Tell me about another contributor.”
In addition, references for the compiled information for each contributor are presented along with other related information for the user to use to learn more about them.
This Skill is another way to learn about the numerous, profound contributions and advancements made by black Americans throughout American history. We hope it can be a tool to celebrate Black History all year long!
