With Recall The Date you add birthdays and anniversaries to your log so you can easily retrieve them later. You add a birthday, by saying, "Add a birthday," or an Anniversary, by saying, "Add an anniversary." Then you can retrieve the events you've logged for a given month by saying, "Tell me the events for April," for example, or by the next number of weeks you specify, by saying, "Tell me the events for the next 4 weeks," for example.
Once you have entered some events, Recall The Date will tell you whether there is an event for the day you open it, as well as when the next event you have logged will occur. These features were designed for Time Zones within the United States and Canada and will be adjusted for Daylight Savings Time through 2030.
An additional feature is the ability to set weekly reminders to occur with a weekly frequency as specified by you to remind you to check Recall The Date for upcoming events. You set that up by saying, “Set a reminder.” To use this functionality will require granting Permissions for Reminders through the Alexa App for Recall The Date.
You can always edit or delete any of the events you've added. To start that process, just say, "Tell me my birthdays (or anniversaries)," to hear all those events from which you can choose the event you are interested in editing or deleting. Once you hear the list, Recall The Date will tell you the next steps to start the edit or delete process.
Finally, to hear about all the features of Recall The Date, just say, “Help” within the Skill.
